Brief History

THEKAN SERVICES & SUPPLY COMPANY LTD was incorporated as a limited liability company on the 17th of June 1996 and was permitted by DPR Unit of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to render supplies, maintenance and services to both the downstream and upstream sectors of oil industries. THEKAN Services & Supplies is a subsidiary of THEKAN Oil & Gas, which has strived to service foreign oil companies.

We offer a full range of world class supplies, maintenance and services thereby moving the Nigerian Oil Industry forward.

Service projects are realized in different oil producing locations in Nigeria and the United States of America. Specifically in Nigeria (Port Harcourt (Rivers State), Warri (Delta State), Abak (Akwa Ibom) and Lekki(Lagos State)) and the U.S.A (Philadelphia – Hatfield City, PA 19440).

Long Term Objective of THEKAN is to build up Indigenous Capability In Joint Venture Collaboration With Overseas Partners In:

• Construction management services & Supplies for oil and gas facilities (onshore & offshore)
• Maintenance (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) of oil and gas facilities, power station and process plant.

THEKAN Safety Policy

In THEKAN, matters concerning Health, Safety and Environment are considered of utmost importance. They are taken as an integral part of the daily activities, and are managed with the same dedication as production.

THEKAN has structures in place for proper implementation of practical Safety Policies. The Corporate HSE objectives of THEKAN operations are to pursue the goal of no harm to people and to protect the environment. To achieve this, our primary objectives are:
